I don’t have a TV, and I want to watch TV on my computer, since I already have free cable service (I’m a student). Assuming that cable TV doesn’t require an antenna, if I buy the TV tuner below (link below), can I use it to watch TV on my Windows 7 laptop? [...]

First of all it’s a HPG600 notebook laptop.
It’s not been working for some time, whenever i load the webcam up using cyberlink theres a constant black picture, how can i make it work again?

Ok so the sims 2 has never really worked well on my computer becasue its full of sh*t and it makes it worse, so I was wondering if it works decend on a Macbook. Just wanna know casue I dont wanna screw things up with it. And same goes for Sims 3 will it work [...]

My PC does work and i’m using it fine…. I plug in the modem on the notebook and it recognises it but can’t access it… I’m using Time Warner Cable Internet..

not really. As long as the laptop is on a hard surface, like a desk, then you really don’t need one anyway. If you put it on your lap, then you run the risk of blocking the air ducts to the chill pad, which could make the heat problem even worse.
