It would be nive for customers to upload video of their support stories and how they resolved them. This would allow users to help themselves and lower HP / Dell cost. Does this exist?

Im thinking of getting a panasonic hpx170 and i was just wondering if it is easy to get the video from the camera onto a macbook pro to edit. Im going to just plug the camera straight into the computer and not use any p2 card adapters.

I have a Canon SD1000 that works great with windows. But when I plug it into my MacBook, neither the camera nor the computer recognize that they’re connected! Okay, so I know a thing or two about laptops/computers. I’ve never had a macbook before. The new macbook does NOT have a firewire port, and I was wondering how I would be able to upload stuff from the Canon Hv30 to the macbook if it doesn’t have firewire?
