I need to restore asap but i didnt get a recovery disc i just need to start all over. I have no money to buy one at all im 100% broke so dont tell me to buy a disc. its a135-s7403 toshiba satellite notebook

I had to system restore my laptop to factory settings because it was acting funky, and now it can’t my Linksys wireless router or any router.
My Laptop is an HP dv6000 I believe, with WIndows Vista.
