NOTE – I CANNOT SPEND MORE THAN $300 EACH. I don’t mind purchasing netbooks with a portable CD/DVD drive if need be. Dell has a mini Inspiron 9 for $199 but I only found one review so far and it doesn’t look good. Need help!! Thank you
