I’m going to buy a laptop from hp and ship it to my friend in united states. he’s not going to be there when they deliver. What happens? Do they have to go and pick it up?

I been having the blue screen of death. Still under warranty, i mailed my laptop to the depot. The Screen still comes up so i have to send it a second time. They told me if they wont fix it they will transfer me to costumer relations. Has anyone been through this?

The person I spoke to said I should contact Toshiba America by writing a lettter saying I found a laptop in a garbage disposal. Do I have to call Toshiba America and if I don’t what happens?
