It worked fine for 4 months and this suddenly happened yesterday when I try to go on Skype or MSN. No updates, or other major changes.

It was working fine yesterday until it froze. I did a hard restart (by holding down the power button) and it restarted. It went to load, went through the toshiba page and then switched to a black screen. I tried the F8 to Safe Mode, but it didn’t do anything. It just beeped at me. [...]

What is happening is that the toshiba sign will come up and then the toshiba box but then when it is time for the sign in page to show the screen goes blank with no light. I can log in blindly and I hear everything start up but the screen is blank. Any ideas [...]
