When I’m staying at a friend’s house, that does not have internet access, which phone (UK) gives the best value for money to accomplish this?
I want to have internet access through a mobile phone and a playstation 3/ notebook.
Any setbacks using this method?
Is there a better method (without using a landline connection)?

I got a microsoft bluetooth mouse for Christmas but it won’t work with the Acer Asprie 5600 notebook. It supposedly has internal blue tooth radio. How do I turn the bluetooth radio on? When I press the front bluetooth toggle it says “no device”. The mouse will work with the supplied usb bluetooth transceiver.

I want to be able to bluetooth pictures from my mobile to my notebook. My notebook doesnt have bluetooth, so if I buy a USB bluetooth adapter will that work for me?

I see the bluetooth icon on the bottom right hand corner of my screen but I think it’s disabled cause everytime I try to transfer files, it says “Bluetooth is not ready”. But I don’t know how to activate it. I’m getting really frustrated. Please help!

What are my options for a mouse to use with my new laptop?
Bluetooth – cool technology but I hear it eats batteries and looses connection at times.
USB – eats batteries slower than bluetooth and needs the transmitter plugged into a USB port (no biggie I guess)
Wired – no batteries, very accurate but IT’S WIRED!!!
