What kind of games?
I have run the following games on it:
World of Warcraft, Warcraft 3, Diablo 2, Hello Kitty Online, Hellgate London, and a few other games like Civilizations that are older.
I haven’t had issues – other than I kind of missed the number pad on games like WOW. I have small hands, but my boyfriend who has hands that are probably average or slightly larger seems to have only minor problems. He complains about it every now and then, but what really gets both of us is where to put our mice.
Also, note that some games you’re going to have to run Boot Camp for (how I ran everything but the Blizzard games).

Should be OK as long as you have small hands and fingers.
