My son owns an HP laptop. He sent it in for repairs over two months ago. He kept getting little action when he called to check on when it would be repaired and shipped out. He sent me the info and I spent most of my day talking to people in India or on hold. I finally talked with a rep in Canada but needed to be connected to a case manager. When forwarded to a case manager, ended up on a voicemail and left a message! Thanks

I’ve had the best luck contacting their Sales department, it’s always in the United States. Once you get someone on the line, tell them your problem and you will get connected with someone in the US who can help with your inquiry.
